By enrolling in Sacred Space Holding you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Commitment to the Journey

Sacred Space Holding is a year-long training designed to support deep personal growth, embodiment, and the development of facilitation skills.

This training asks for your commitment, participation, and willingness to engage with both the live sessions and integration practices throughout the journey. While every effort will be made to support your learning, your experience and outcomes will depend on your own engagement with the material.

Payment

Payment may be made in full or via an agreed payment plan.

By enrolling in Sacred Space Holding, you are committing to the full training and agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of attendance, participation, or completion of the programme.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Failure to maintain payment plan commitments may result in access to course materials, live sessions, and certificates of completion being suspended until payments are brought up to date.

Attendance

Live attendance is strongly encouraged as much of the learning occurs through experiential exercises, discussion, practice, and community interaction.

Where recordings are provided, they are intended as a support and not a replacement for participation.

Some elements of the training may not be recorded, including breakout room discussions, practice sessions, and participant sharing.

Confidentiality

This training is built upon trust and shared learning.

Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of personal stories, experiences, and disclosures shared by fellow participants throughout the programme.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, teachings, handouts, recordings, resources, and training content remain the intellectual property of Hannah and Luna Temple Teachings.

Materials are provided for personal learning and implementation only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, or sold without written permission.

Graduates may use the skills and knowledge gained within their own facilitation work but may not replicate or teach this training in part or in full.

Scope of Training

Sacred Space Holding is an educational and personal development training.

It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for professional support.

Participants remain responsible for their own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing throughout the training.

Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

In rare circumstances, Luna Temple Teachings reserves the right to remove a participant whose behaviour is consistently disruptive, harmful, abusive, or compromises the safety and wellbeing of the group.

Where possible, concerns will be addressed through conversation first.

No refund will be issued in cases where a participant is removed for breaching these terms.

Changes to the Programme

Occasionally circumstances may require changes to dates, facilitators, guest teachers, content, or delivery format.

Reasonable adjustments may be made where necessary while maintaining the overall integrity and value of the training.

Refund Policy

Sacred Space Holding is a small group training with a limited number of places available.

By enrolling in the training, you are committing to the full journey and reserving a space within the container. As places are limited, your enrolment prevents that space from being offered to another participant.

For this reason, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This applies to both full payments and payment plans. Choosing not to attend, withdrawing from the training, changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or incomplete participation do not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of outstanding payments.

Please ensure that you are ready to make this commitment before enrolling.

In the unlikely event that Sacred Space Holding is cancelled by Luna Temple Teachings, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.
